Fee includes: admission to the Sessions, lunches, coffee breaks, Welcome Reception, Gala Dinner, Conference materials and VAT tax.

*Accommodation in Hotel Haffner***** Sopot.

IMPORTANT! In order for the registration to be considered early, payment must be settled  by August 15th, 2024. Otherwise, the regular fee will apply.

Cancelation policy

1. Requests for registration cancellation must be addressed in writing to Mazurkas, sent by email to 10thlaserworkshop@mazurkas.pl
2. Cancellations received until 31st of July 2024 will involve 50% handling fee.
3. Cancellations received from 1st of August 2024 and onwards, will not be considered. However, in special cases - we kindly encourage you to contact the Organizers at 10thlaserworkshop@mazurkas.pl
4. Please note that refunds will be processed within 30 days upon receipt of the cancellation letter.
5. Reimbursements will not be granted for late arrivals, unused services, unattended events or early departure from the event.
